Dustin is entering his 10th year of officiating football and is currently at the recognized level. He is the only official on the crew to work multiple sports and this has helped Dustin sharpen his officiating skills. He communicates exceptionally well and always welcomes the opportunity to speak with coaches or players who have legitimate questions or concerns. He maintains a professional yet approachable demeanor and is an important part of the crew.
Dustin was promoted to a Division III crew working the CCIW & Illini Badger Conferences effective 2004. His communication skills and knowledge will represent his collegiate crew well on his new assignment.
